3. Scope of Services

   • Data reports and analytics
   • HR-related auxiliary functions
2. Specific features are subject to actual availability on the platform.
3. The Services are information tools only and do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or HR advice.

4. Account Registration and Use

1. Enterprise Users shall provide accurate and lawful information when registering.
2. Users are responsible for account security and all activities conducted under their accounts.
3. Losses arising from improper account management shall be borne by the user.
4. Any abnormal account activity should be promptly reported to the Company.

5. User Rights and Obligations

1. Users may access the Services in accordance with these Terms.
2. Users shall comply with applicable laws and shall not misuse the platform.
3. Users are responsible for the legality and compliance of uploaded or processed data.
4. Users bear all legal consequences arising from their data processing activities.

6. Data and Privacy

2. Users retain primary responsibility for the legality of their data.
